Solmar is part of Angola’s fisheries industry since 1996, with its fishing fleet in the commerce of fresh and frozen fish. Later it was built in Cacuaco one freezing conservation unit and frozen product storage for consumer selling.
It’s a company with 100% Angolan based, which since the beginning of its activity has always shown capacity to evolve, repositioning itself  in order to meet the challenges and consumer expectations.

A Solmar é uma empresa angolana que opera no sector das pescas e comercialização de pescado fresco e congelado. Como complemento ao negócio existente e com o objectivo  de valorizar os seus recursos pesqueiros, vai inaugurar no ano de 2015 uma unidade nova para a transformação de pescado.
A primeira fábrica de processamento de pescado de Angola está instalada no Bairro dos Pescadores do Município do Cacuaco, na Província de Luanda, tratando-se de uma unidade moderna e tecnologicamente avançada a qual vai permitir levar à mesa dos angolanos produtos da pesca provenientes do nosso mar.
